Hi,

I’m Andrea Lubrano

I am a Nutritional Therapist and Holistic Chef with an MA in Gastronomy. I have 10 years of experience in the food business, and I want you to really get to know yourself.

My own journey of yo-yo dieting, kidney stones, IBS, bloat, colitis, seasonal affective disorder, and pregnancy led me down a path of self-awareness and growth where challenging mainstream beliefs became the norm in order to heal.

Everything I’ve learned thus far, I would like to share with you. It takes courage to restore your vessel back to equilibrium, so if you’re ready for the challenge then welcome.

“Working with Andrea helped me become more attuned to my body and overall, more mindful of my eating. She also helped me discover new food sensitivities and how they affect my autoimmune condition, multiple sclerosis. By eliminating the triggers, I was able to improve my sleeping and energy levels drastically.”
